To let your agent fetch each job, the hosted control plane stores its recipient addresses and message content, plus per-recipient send records, in Azure (Central US) for a limited retention period. It never stores your delivery credentials.

Can you run Postmark on Azure?
Postmark is a hosted email API, not an Azure service, so it does not run inside your subscription. Anything running in Azure can still send through it. The BulkForge agent runs as Azure Functions in your own subscription and calls the Postmark API with a token held in your Key Vault.
Postmark, Azure Communication Services, or SendGrid?
BulkForge does not make you pick one. It supports all three, with channel priority and fallback configured per agent deployment, and you keep using your own provider accounts.
Is BulkForge an email provider?
No. BulkForge orchestrates bulk sends: job dispatch and a per-recipient audit trail. The delivery itself goes through your own Postmark, Azure Communication Services or SendGrid account.
Can I start sends from Power Automate or Logic Apps?
Yes. A REST-based Workflow Trigger API connects BulkForge to Power Automate, Logic Apps and custom applications, so operational workflows can trigger sends.
